Cecil is reserved and passive. Even around those he claims to be close to, he is often distant.
He can be overly tolerant of others. This in turn causes him to excuse extreme behavior and fail to stand up for his friends.
He tends to be selfish and will often put himself before others.

He wears a long, dark-green muffler, draped over his arms and occasionally his head.
