All was well in the afternoon of one sunny day in the Rainshine Guild. All the pokemon were relaxing, some even meeting up in the cafeteria to bond a bit over Dudely's baked "treats", you could say. The day was boring, no new missions; if there were some assigned, the other pokemon'd taken the jobs already. Sunny was also at the cafeteria, talking to Stripes and Murray- Old colleagues of hers, the same with Edgar. Some guild members even joined the conversation!
Growlie sat by herself, casually enjoying the Shuca Berry she'd been served. She eyed all the other pokemon in the area, lowering her head-- She was ashamed of being lonely, as everybody else was in groups. Growlie was incredibly lonely, feeling a bit sad though she was used to it. That was, until, she found somebody approaching.

Volt was taking a walk around the guild, enjoying the calming day for the most part. He noticed that more pokemon were in the cafeteria than walking or stretching outside. He took a step inside, even though he wasn't actually hungry. He figured it would be okay if he conversed with other guild members. That was, until he noticed Growlie, sitting all by herself. 'Did she not like talking with anyone? What's up with her?' He asked himself quietly. Awkwardly stepping over to the place where she had sat, he paused a few steps before her, and then stepped closer. "..Where are your friends, huh?" He asked, as if he really didn't care if there was any tension between them, or even caring if she considered him a "friend". He doubted she didn't though.
"Shouldn't you go suck a fat TIYTTIE?" He asked again, looking around for Wade, kind of knowing how well they can get along.

'Well well,' She thought, 'Look who decided to run along and ruin my already gloomy lunch.' The dog sat upright, letting go of her berry. (It rolled off the table only a bit.). "Listen. I don't know who called you here or why you even came, but, why are you talking to me?" she said, laying her head on her paw. Her expression was neutral, though she was slowly but surely building up with rage- Fire burning. She wanted him to leave, but a tiny bit of her wanted him to stay, perhaps?

"I was only asking. I guess you don't want me anywhere near you, so fine." He snorted, his mood completely changing from calm to livid. He curtly shrugged and started to walk the opposite way, looking forward to other members that would actually not mind talking to him.

Growlie was shocked he actually left and didn't make an effort to actually.. talk to her. Growlie anticipated he'd not come back, but she wanted to change that. "H-HEY---!!" she shouted, hoping Volt would come and try to converse- It would be awkward, but they have to get along to work well as a team, no?
